An Edjet LMS user is a user who has an active account and can log into the LMS. Deactivated accounts are free and do not count towards the user limit. You can activate and deactivate users at any time yourself.
Of course! We offer a 30 day free trial. Start by creating an Edjet Account and activating your desired product. If you are happy with the product, you can continue to use it - all data and settings from the trial period will be retained.
Get started with a free one-month trial of Edjet LMS or contact us. After the trial period, you will receive a payment request to your email, which you can pay by transfer to our account 238628746/0300 or by another payment method.
We allow monthly or annual, discounted payment periods. You can pay either by bank transfer to our account 238628746/0300 or by credit card/PayPal. We send payment requests to your email and to the Customer Portal, where you can pay online and download invoices.
You can change the parameters of your plan at any time - contact support. You may terminate your subscription to the service immediately, without notice. Refunds for unused services are not refundable.
You can monitor the number of users in the LMS administration or in your Edjet account. You will also receive an email if you are nearing the limit. If the limit is exceeded, a change of plan is necessary.
We'll give you as much space for your data as you need. Contact us to increase the default limits.
Yes! We offer special discounts and tailor-made plans for selected types of organizations. Educational organizations (EDUs), non-profit organizations (NGOs, NPOs), startups, students and our partners are eligible. Note: Eligibility for the discounted plan is not automatic.
